Receive a notification when your task is being handled and when it is completed. See immediately who took the task and at which stage of task completion they are.
When you are done with a task you simply click "done" on the task and you can then pickup next.
So, all tasks will be viewed, considered and eventually done and no task will ever be forgotten.
